I know i hasnt been blogging for a quite some time. But seriously too lazy, busy & tired.
Btw did i mention that i'm no longer working for AIA insurance co.?
It been almost a month. &&& i'm currently working for SingTel customer care.
Yes, its just like you always call those hotline. & always get scolded by customers. lol
Thats what i always do. =x But pay wise is really good. Much more better than the previous admin jobs i worked before. Currently i'm still undergoing training.
Today finally i get to hands on using the system to check on customer's needs.
But still havent get to speak to any customer yet. I'll be very nervous.
Must have effective listening, react & think fast.
Some customers just say once, they wont repeat again for you.
